Rashleigh was originally part of a large cob barn used by local fisherman and the fact it is now still single storey means it has a very spacious open-plan dining/living room area.
Its open plan kitchen with Delabole slate flooring and a large kitchen window, leads into this living area with its pine beams and complimentary furniture. A patio doors allows access to the courtyard garden for some sheltered sunshine or fresh air.
Parking is just outside the property and there is a ramp for wheelchair access to the front door. The high ceilinged bedrooms many with skylights, naturally light the whitewashed walls displaying local artwork to their advantage. Contemporary bath and shower rooms next to the bedrooms make this cottage a perfect place to relax in with family or friends.
