This cottage, set on two floors, is in an ‘upside-down’ layout; slate steps lead into a sunny open plan living/kitchen/dining room with attractive wooden furniture to compliment the beamed ceiling.
Whitewashed walls accentuate the local artwork, whilst inviting armchairs create a snug atmosphere around the wood burning stove in the living area.
The views are onto the courtyard garden and country lane. Carpeted stairs lead down to the bedrooms and bathroom and access via French doors into the courtyard is gained through the second bedroom. The two bedrooms are both airy and naturally light thanks to the large windows and doors, giving views out onto the courtyard. Garden furniture and sun loungers make the slate terrace outside the bedroom door an ideal place to catch some sun on your doorstep. Parking is conveniently available in a private car park nearby.
