Provided in the Cottages & included in the price of your holiday

All bed linen, duvets and pillows, bath and hand towels (please bring your own beach towels), electricity, gas, logs for wood burners (where applicable), full central heating, fully fitted kitchen, dishwasher, microwave, stair gate (where applicable), colour TV, DVD player, CD/radio player, direct-dial telephone with internet access, hairdryer, garden furniture. On site laundry and cots/highchairs available at no extra cost. Venus has a washing machine/dryer.

Upper and Lower Tregudda

Each apartment has all the above plus: separate utility room with washing machine/dryer, two fridges, separate freezer, video player.

Arrival & Departure

Keys may be collected at the Port Gaverne Hotel Reception, situated directly opposite the Green Door Cottages, from 3pm (4.00pm at the Tregudda apartments) on the Arrival date.
Guests are requested to vacate the premises by 10am on the Departure date.

Pets

We are very pleased to welcome well behaved dogs to the Green Door Cottages, but would ask that you do not allow them on the furniture or beds or to roam unattended in the courtyard and garden areas at any time. Thank you.

Smoking Policy

We operate a non smoking policy throughout all of our properties.

Taking care of the Property

The property, furniture and equipment are to be left in the same condition that they were found on arrival. Any damage, loss or breakages must be paid for. However, minor accidental breakages will not normally be charged for. The accommodation is only for the number of people (plus cot/child’s camp bed) stated on the Booking Form.

Payment/Reservations/Cancellations

Reservations must be accompanied by a deposit of 25% of the tariff price, with the balance payable at least 8 weeks before the Arrival date. If the booking is made within 8 weeks of the Arrival date, the total price will be required. We will send written confirmation upon receipt of the Booking Form. Non Payment of the balance due will be considered a cancellation (no reminders are sent). In the event of a cancellation you will be liable to pay the total amount due. However, if we manage to re-let the accommodation, 75% of the cost will be returned. You are advised to take out cancellation insurance to cover this eventuality.
